  • Certain items such as used fishing gear, worn camping gear, or damaged tech accessories due to mishandling may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
